Alma works as a freelance designer, specializing in logos, banners, business needs, and wedding invites. She has worked as a designer for FranklinCovey and designed their current limited edition Rhapsody planning pages as well as many of the cute linings in FranklinCovey's totes.
Course Description
Illustrator 101 will cover the toolbar, with emphasis on the pen tool, and the most common palettes.
Alma is also teaching 102 now. Please see the Illustrator 102 post for more information.
Class Requirements
A laptop must be brought to every class with illustrator downloaded. (You can download a free trial for the class.)

Saturday, June 6th, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with hour for lunch.
AUGUST:
Saturday, August 8, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with hour for lunch.

Please note that the class payment will be refundable up until one week before class starts. Afterwards, it will only be refunded if the spot can be filled with someone else.

Really, really, really want to take the illustrator and photoshop classes, but live in southern Utah! Do you want to relocate? Would it help if I said please? Any suggestions?

For those who are willing to travel, we are starting to offer all-day courses, where you'd only have to come up for one day.
If you find about 20-30 people in Southern Utah who are wanting to take the classes, we'll consider making a trip down there to do all the classes in one day.
i wish, wish, wish i could take this class. i want to learn illustrator so badly, but i live way too far away.
I'm very interested in taking this class. Is it ok that I am only 17 and do not have a lot of previous experience with art? If so, is there still an open spot?

This class was really REALLY amazing!! Totally worth every penny!! If you're even thinking about taking it, do! You will feel like the Illustrator equivalent of the Karate Kid.
Want to give us a price range for the online classes? I am hoping to sign up for one when the come around. I'm to anxious to see what it's going to be like.
